4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/PST), delivery fees, site preparation, or installation costs unless explicitly stated.
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual purchase agreement. A deposit is typically required to begin production, with the balance due according to the payment schedule in your contract.
5. Order Process
Orders placed through our website or sales team are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Avanta Homes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, weather conditions, site accessibility, and other factors. Avanta Homes is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and prepared according to our specifications. Additional charges may apply if site conditions require extra work or equipment.
7. Permits and Compliance
While our cabins are designed to meet BC Building Code requirements, customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, approvals, and ensuring compliance with local zoning bylaws and regulations. Avanta Homes can provide documentation and support for the permit process but does not guarantee permit approval.
8. Warranty
Avanta Homes provides a limited warranty on our prefabricated structures. Warranty details, duration, and coverage will be specified in your purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from natural disasters, floods, or acts of God
- Issues arising from improper site preparation or foundation work not performed by Avanta Homes
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avanta Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Avanta Homes website, including text, images, designs, logos, and floor plans, is the property of Avanta Homes and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
11. User Accounts
When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
12. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual purchase agreement. Once production has begun, cancellation fees may apply. Custom orders may be non-refundable. Please review your contract carefully before proceeding with an order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
14. Changes to Terms
Avanta Homes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
